RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMS, INC. WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THE FOLLOWING GUARANTEES:
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Rainbow guarantees the structural integrity of all lumber components against structural failure for the lifetime of the unit. The wooden components in your Rainbow Play Systems swing set will have natural imperfections such as seasonal checking, surface cracks, knots and knot holes. These are natural characteristics of wood. Natural imperfections such as these that do not affect the structural integrity and are not covered under this warranty.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Rainbow guarantees all Wave Slides, Scoop Slides, Super Scoop Slides, Spiral Slides, Crawl Tunnels, Crow’s Nests and Panel Mounts for the lifetime of the unit. Cosmetic cracks and color fading of our plastic components are not covered under our warranty.
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Rainbow guarantees all Swing Hangers, The Rainbow Plaque, 360º Tire Swivels, Heavy Duty Tire Swivels, Penthouse Loop Steps, all Structural Hardware and Plastisol Coated Supports for the lifetime of the unit. Surface rust on structural hardware and metal components is not covered under our warranty.
FIVE YEAR WARRANTY: Rainbow guarantees all Tarps, Ship’s Wheels, Binoculars, Telescopes, Periscopes, Megaphones, Talk Tubes, Bubble Windows, Chalkboards, Tic-Tac-Toe Panels, Driving Panels, Gliders, Flag Dowels, Buoy Balls, Rope Discs, Ship Anchors, Ship Shelfs, and Ship Locks are covered by our Five Year Warranty. Rainbow guarantees all Chains, Chain Ladders, Sky Curve Swings, Web Swings, Tire Swings, Swing Seats, Full Bucket Swings, Half Bucket Swings, Flat Swings, Swinging Tents, Rock Wall Rocks, Punching Bags, Trapeze Triangles, Ninja Training Kits, and Solar Lights are covered by our Five Year Warranty. Rainbow guarantees all Powder Coated Steel Components: Corkscrew Climbers, Fireman Poles, Chin Up Bars, Grab-N-Go Bars, Swing Beam Plates, 90º Brackets, 45º Brackets, T-Brackets, Safety Handles, Ladder Handles, Ladder Rungs, Monkey Bar Rungs, Shimmy Bars, Mountain Climber Carabiners, and Ship Bells to be covered by our Five Year Warranty. Surface rust on structural hardware and metal components is not covered under our warranty. Cosmetic cracks and color fading of our plastic components are not covered under our warranty.
TWO YEAR WARRANTY: Rainbow Ropes and Rainbow Flags are covered under our Two Year Warranty. Color fading of our plastic components are not covered under our warranty.
REGISTER YOUR RAINBOW® ONLINE AT: https://register.rainbowplay.com/ to verify your original ownership of your Rainbow Play System. Your Rainbow Exclusive Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.
Your sales receipt will be needed to make a warranty claim. Rainbow will ask you for photos for your warranty claim. Shipping and labor costs are not covered under this warranty. Warranty claims will be repaired or replaced as determined by Rainbow Play Systems, Inc. Do not discard any parts until your warranty is approved.
This warranty can be nullified if the unit has been subjected to vandalism, negligence, improper installation, and failure to properly maintain the unit with periodic staining of wood and tightening of hardware, unauthorized alteration, and improper use, unit being in proximity of an irrigation system or Acts of God.
Rainbow assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from the purchase or use of the unit. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty provides you with legal rights, which vary from state to state.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
RAINBOW DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON OR ENTITY TO OFFER ANY OTHER WARRANTIES FOR RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMS. NO OTHER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED CAN REPLACE THIS WARRANTY. OUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY IS DIRECTLY FROM RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMS, INC. TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
