In the event you have a problem with your Rainbow Play System and need to have service performed, please fill out the form below. In order to submit a request for warranty repair or replacement parts, you must have first registered your Swing Set. If you have not done that, please do so here before proceeding.

The following items are needed in order to process your claim:
1. A photo of the complete Play System.
2. A photo of each part that is bad. The photo must be close enough to see the damage but far enough away so the part can be identified on the Play System. For example if there are six bad parts we will need six photos. If you need to, take one close up to show the damage followed by one further away to identify the part.
3. You must describe the part needing to be replaced and include measurements.
*Note – The play set must be properly stained/maintained. If the wood has grayed the warranty claim will be denied.
