Request your Customer ID
Upon registering your Rainbow Swingset, a confirmation email was sent to you containing your Customer ID. This ID number is needed to make any future warranty claims. In the event you no longer have this email you will need to request it be resent to you using the form below. Please allow up to 2 business days for the email to be resent.
*PLEASE NOTE: You must first register your Play System with the online system. If you have not registered through this site then you have not yet been assigned a customer ID. To avoid any unnecessary wait time, please make sure you have registered before requesting your ID.
