Each Rainbow Play System swing set is unique based on the features and components your family chooses to design your perfect swing set. There are literally hundreds of components and pieces that go into making each Rainbow swing set, each with it’s own lifetime or 5-year warranty. Here is a basic step-by-step guide explaining how to register and/or file a warranty.
Step 1: Register Your Play System
You will need to register your swing set if you haven’t registered since June 2014.
Step 2: File a Warranty Claim – You cannot file a claim without first registering here and receiving your customer ID by email. If you lost track of the email with your id please fill out the Request your customer ID form and it will be reviewed.
Remember, many of our factory direct showrooms offer annual safety checks and maintenance plans to keep your swing set safe and ready for play in your backyard.
On a yearly basis, we recommend that you coat your play system with a sealant or preservative. You may also want to spot sand areas before sealing. Be sure that the sealant you select is non-toxic and child safe.
